I have been unable to update my Naviextras GPS update. I am running the latest version of the Boombox software (version 1.21.2.1). The only way to get out of that mode is to place the Boombox_6.5GT download onto the USB stick and re-download the Boombox software. All I had on the USB memory stick was what I downloaded from the Naviextras tool. When I say yes to the prompt asking me if I want to download the software, that's when it hangs.
I am trying to download the Naviextras latest GPS mapping software. Unfortunately I don't have much that is good that I can say about the Naviextras experience that I am going through so I will just leave it at that. I may not be a mechanic but I wrote a lot of software in my time and I know my way around computers and electronic systems.
At first I thought it was something I was doing wrong.
